2013 Ease of Use Study: Fairfax Pets on Wheels
A key component of the 2013 Harness Study conducted by Center for Pet Safety is ease of use of pet travel harnesses. Ease of use is an important observation effort to understand what works and more importantly, what doesn’t work when it comes to using products.
During the summer of 2013, the Center for Pet Safety engaged some of our friends at Fairfax Pets on Wheels to help us gather feedback on ease of use. The information gathered was shared with several manufacturers to assist in their research and development, and improve their product design or instructions.
