At Center for Pet Safety we want to hear from you immediately if you have encountered problems with the safety of a pet product that you have purchased.

How to Report a Problem Pet Product – 

Information to include when reporting a safety issue:

  • Your name and email address, and contact information.
  • Information on the product involved, including the brand, product name, model number, UPC code, product age and where you purchased it.
  • Detail your problem with the product.  If your pet was sickened or died, let us know if you have (and would be willing to share with CPS) substantiating veterinary records associated to the problem caused by the product.
